Set up 45-30 mins prior to paint time

Our Queen of Arts teacher will dress up even the most basic table and
chairs into a signature Queen of Arts studio fit for royalty.
Please have cleared table and chairs ready for transformation. 
Long rectangular rows work best. You may choose to cover chairs and
flooring. We'll provide pink or black table covers for the art table.
As travel time varies between events, set up time is approximate.

1 hr and 30 mins / 1 hr and 20 mins

Our tested Queen of Arts step-by-step instruction will walk through an
entire art piece from start to finish. We'll normally paint for 1 ½ hours.
Younger artists may need to take a break earlier. Older artists may want
to extend their painting session. Our knowledgeable teachers
will make suggestions on a proper break time.

15-20 minutes

Our Royal Artists get a much deserved break to wash up, eat, play etc.
We'll leave break time activities such as food or birthday cake up to
you. At this time will be helping artists one-on-one,
assessing each painting and preparing for the art show.

Last 15 minutes

Grab your cameras! Our artists are ready to show off their paintings to
adoring family and friends. This is a surprise! We'll call on the audience
after rehearsal. It's a time to showcase our
special birthday artist and take individual and group photos.
